Pricing FAQ
Why is there a price range instead of exact prices?
Every model is different. A basic Space Marine and a heavily detailed character model require different amounts of work, even if both are 'infantry.' We provide ranges and give exact quotes based on your specific models.
Do I need to pay upfront?
We require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due before shipping. For returning customers, we may offer different payment terms.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
We send progress photos throughout the process so you can provide feedback. We want you to love your miniatures and will work with you to ensure satisfaction.
Are shipping costs included?
Shipping costs are additional and depend on your location. All shipments are fully insured. You're responsible for shipping models to us.
